Twenty Recruitment launched in January 2009, at the bottom of the downturn and have already attracted some of the best recruiters away from many of the big names in recruitment.
Set up by industry experts Paul Marsden and Adrian Kinnersley, Twenty Recruitment is a professional multi sector recruitment consultancy dealing in both temporary and permanent placements. Backed by a multi million pound personal investment, Twenty has the funding, infrastructure, branding and drive to support a 100+ headcount as soon as they can find the talent.
Paul and Adrian’s investment into Twenty Recruitment came from the proceeds of the sale of their former business, Astbury Marsden, having called the top of market perfectly. Seeing that the market was bottoming out, they knew it would be a fantastic time to attract talent from well renowned but overstretched recruitment organisations.
Leumi ABL is supporting Twenty’s aggressive growth strategy by providing a £750k confidential invoice discounting facility to meet their working capital requirements.
